HelpHebrew Name of Birth Certificate????
We are choosing a middle name that is after my mom and is not a Hebrew name but will need to have a hebrew name for the bris. should the Hebrew name appear on Birth Certificate?

If it were me I would like to include it, maybe as a second middle name?
