Three years ago Benedict and Rhiannon discovered late in their pregnancy that they were expecting identical twins, and yet they still haven’t decided to slow down their family’s progression. With Crispin, an extremely smart and quite ambitious seven year old, and Saraphina and Petronilla, twin girls who have been inseparable since they learned to walk, already, Rhiannon is again expecting a child. Septimus jokes that Benedict is “addicted to being called Dada.”
After many hours of persuading from their friends, Benedict and Rhiannon gave in and started sending Crispin to the local muggle school when he was five. In the past two years, he has made a ton of new friends, elected himself to the position of class president, and announced to anyone who would listen that he plans on becoming the next Minister of Magic. Luckily, no one believes him. Crispin’s parents are just glad that they have one less child to deal with on school days, as the twins are proving to be struggle.
Septimus and Lisandra have taken to parenting well, though they insist that Clara will be their only child. Septimus decided to start working part time so he could stay home with daughter more, and seems extremely content with the simple things like holding her hand when they take walks together to smell the flowers. She’s got him wrapped around her little finger, so when she asked for a dog there was no way that he would say no.

After the twins caught Benedict and Rhiannon unaware, they swore to find out the gender (and amount) the next time. Now that the time has come, both of them find it quite relieving to know that they’re having a girl. They would like this daughter to have an unusual eight letter long first name that doesn’t end in an A. They would like to continue using fairly common traditional middle names.

Septimus and Lisandra decided to get a mutt from the shelter for Clara’s birthday, and they let her name it (within reason). She got it’s name from a food or candy that she particularly likes.
