It's been 5 years. Jessa has gotten married to Luka Adler, a man she met in grad school aspiring to become a surgeon. Since then, Luka has graduated and Jessa only has a few months left before she can become a doctor. They've already had two sons: Asa, born a year after the two were married, and Niko, who is now two months old.
