Janette and Mary have felt called to adopt internationally and have been studying hard to become more understanding of their son-to-be's culture. Michael is excited to be an older brother. His first name is French (and if also used in English, is more commonly used in French-speaking countries.) It took some time for Dustin and Jo to get into the swing of parenting while both working, but they find it very rewarding. Dustin has a particular three-syllable, somewhat frilly name that he has always had in mind for his first daughter. The couple has decided to let Theo pick her middle name, which comes from a children's TV show (which could be airing currently or have aired when Dustin and Jo were kids, so long as they've introduced it to Theo.)

The Pearsons have had a difficult couple of years; a couple of their closest relatives have passed away, and they've had to move due to a fire incident. They have been studying Hebrew together as a family and have chosen a Hebrew middle name for their second daughter. Annice has agreed that their next child does not have to have such an uncommon name, so long as it was most popular at some point before 1935 and has never been in the top 200 most popular names in the US. Mortimer would prefer she not have a nickname already chosen so that their children's names are less matchy. The Wyndhams are quite exhausted lately, but pleased to be expanding their family. They would like their son's name to be that of a controversial/stigmatized person or character, or a name that people would otherwise not be brave enough to use due to an unfortunate associatons. They believe that their children can positively reframe these associations. His middle name should be one syllable.
