YEAR ONE: A fire breaks out in the kitchen! Luckily Chas and Ginger were able to get out safely and the firefighters were able to put it out before it engulfs the entire house. The majority of the mansion is left intact, however the kitchen and living room is ruined. On the flip side, Ginger gets to renovate! The pair has to eat out for the next month while the rooms are getting renovated.
YEAR TWO: Tragedy strikes when Chas' 13 year old golden lab/German shepherd, Foster, mix dies from a sudden illness. Although Foster was going to old age, it still doesn't ease the pain of losing a best friend.
YEAR THREE: Chas and Ginger go down to South Caroline to attend the wedding of Ginger's little sister, Em. Em is about to marry her high school sweetheart, Kirk. The spring wedding was small affair, taking place a serene and beautiful garden. Ginger had fun reuniting with old friends as well as meeting new people, some of which are huge fans of her work.
YEAR FOUR: For the past three years, Chas and Ginger have been trying to conceive a child but without no success. Due to this, the couple agree to adopting a child. The couple adopts a three year old girl from a much younger couple who's been struggling to provide for the girl. They keep their daughter original name, Mikaela Jane, but always refer to her as Mikki.

YEAR FIVE: Chas and Ginger agree that adopting Mikki was one of the best decisons they ever made. So they decide to adopt another child! They sometimes affectionally call her Blossom.

YEAR EIGHT: Due the success of his network, Hazard TV, Chas gets a pay raise. To celebrate he buys his girls gifts: a deluxe doll set for Mikki, French stationary for Blossom, a tiny bean bag for Willa and, lastly, a Burberry wallet for his beloved wife.
YEAR NINE: When the girls beg for Chas and Ginger for a pet fish, they go "Why not?". Chas takes the girls to the pet store where they are greeted by a wide variety of underwater pets. Despite this, the girls pick out two small goldfishes and later names them Max and Rita.
YEAR TEN: Ginger finds she's pregnant again! Yeah, her awesome family is getting bigger and bigger. The couples names her Zara Evangeline.

YEAR ELEVEN: A severe blizzard sweeps across Massachusetts and it forces the family to stay inside until it gets better. It's so bad, it causes a blackout, making the family rely on candles and flashlights. However, the family makes the best of it by camping in the family room, playing make believe with the kids and roasting marshmallows in the fireplace. When the blizzard becomes less severe, the turns out that it has done a lot of damage and a few lost their lives. Because of this, Chas and Ginger donates $100,000 for a charity that helps the victims in their crisis.
YEAR TWELVE: One morning, the couple are woken up to the girls screaming, and when they rushed to them, they find two hysterical girls wailing their hearts out. They girl had found both Max and Rita dead in their tank. They must've overfed them. Feeling sorry for their angels, they comfort them and give the fishy couple a proper send off.
YEAR THIRTEEN: To cheer up the girls, Chas surprises them with a new pet: a year old male American Bobtail. At first, they wanted nothing to do with the poo cat, believing that nothing could replace Max and Rita. But soon they couldn't resist the cuteness that protruded the bobtail. They later named him Theo.
YEAR FOURTEEN: After a lot of consideration, Chas and Ginger decides to adopt another child. They adopt an eight year old girl who just recently lost her mother to drug overdose. Her name is Jacinda Gabrielle but likes to go by Jaci. After growing up in a hostile and abusive unbringing, Jaci has a hard time adjusting to her new life and family. She even had a harder time warming up with her sisters whom she accused of being spoiled. But as time when by Jaci befriends her sisters and starts enjoying life with her new family.

To make thing better, she offer a full ride scholarship and early acceptance to their summer program. She going to miss her family of course but she definely cannot wait to start her new life as a college student!

She surrounded by her loving family and she's been dating a nice and kind man named Darrin Cornelius Glazier, who also a English teacher at the Willa and Jaci's school. During her birthday dinner, Darrin surprises Brianna by proposing, when she also gives him a big surprise: she's pregnant! Super excited, the couple arranges a small wedding on the backyard of the Bennett's mansion. Months later, Brianna gives birth to a healthy baby girl named Tallulah Miriam 'Lulu' Glazier. Right after Lulu's birth, the Brianna and Darrin moves to Albuquerque, NM.
