JP and Elaina were married twenty-three years ago just before JP started riding bulls professionally. Their daughter, Katie, was born four years later just before JP made it to his first championship. Their son Andy was born five years after that, followed quickly by twins Owen and Jake and the youngest child, Zoe. Six years ago, JP retired from professional bull riding and has taken up cattle ranching (something his father did). Elaina has been a stay at home mom, but before Andy was born, she worked for a local daycare.
Katie, 19, works on the ranch with her father and rides horses competitively.
Andy, 14, doesn't really like animals at all and spends his days indoors, for the most part, playing the cello and piano.
Owen and Jake, 13, are both aspiring bull riders. Even though Elaina fears for their safety, she knows that the boys love bull riding.
Zoe, 12, is a sweet girl who loves singing, dancing, and doing gymnastics. She also rides horses, but isn't as serious about it as Katie is.
