Re: Behind the designer of the Mini Cooper
I remember seeing Minis tootling along the streets of London, and they always cracked me up. No, Minis wouldn't quite catch on in the States, where everyone drives BIG cars -- with vans, "sports utility vehicles", and trucks now having replaced the T-birds of yesteryear. What is it with all these trucks, anyhow? Two college students (both girls) who work for me have gotten trucks of their own, and the high school kids who work for me are all talking about getting a "stretch truck" instead of a stretch limo for their high school prom.Do you have this truck craze in Greece, as well?-- Nanaea

Yikes no, and I hope it wont catch on. But we do have a rather obnoxious craze with 4x4s: scores of nouveau-riche anal appendages roam the narrow streets of Athens with their Grand Cherokees and Land Rovers.
