Where does it come from ?
The only thing I know about it is that it's female and the only other Vanna I've ever heard of is Vanna White.

Not strictly feminine, my friend's brother's name is Vanna.

I think it could be considered a short form of Vanessa

It strikes me more as a feminine form of the name Van, as in the actor Van Johnson.
