I am not sure but treminations in illy in Arabic tend to be posesive

Yamil is Handsome (for Boys)
Yamilla is Beatiful (for Girls)

Perhaps Yamilly means "My Beatiful" or my "My Handsome".

You may want to chsck with someone who speak Arabic...
