Hi,
I need to tell you that you are using the site incorrectly. When you post a message, the name that goes in the 'name' box is YOUR name, not the name you are enquiring about. You can use your own name or a name you like, but you must always put the SAME NAME in the 'name' box. You can then put the name you're enquiring about in the 'subject' box.

THanks for the chat room lesson - I have never done this obviously. How long does it usually take for a response to the question(s).

About 24 hours is a reasonable amount of time to wait, but with difficult queries it may take longer. We don't have any experts here on Philipino or Cambodian names and languages, so it's possible that you won't get an answer at all (people won't reply if they don't know the answer, so if you don't get any replies that's why). Everyone who posts here is a volunteer, so reply time will also be affected by whether anyone has time to do any research.
