Mike C. has provided a "search for words in meaning" and "search for words in definition" feature that you can limit by gender. Try it, you might like it. :)

yeah i did, i liked the name elizabeth, but my sister has a girl called that,also my brothers name isnt there so i just wanted to see if any one new any them selves:)! thanks for telling me!

Mary, If you like Elizabeth you might consider Isabel (Isobel, Isabella), Bettina, or Elspeth. There's also a lovely Afrikaans version: Elsabe (ELsahbee).

Actually, Elizabeth is so versatile she could have eleven identically named cousins and not share a nickname with any of them. Wonderful name.
