I think both of the names are acceptable as girl names, but if I was you I would contemplate using Ryann or Rieann insted of Ryan and I would think about using Shayna or Shawna insted of Shayne. And recently I was thinking to myself about if I had twins I might name them Reannon and Shannon whitch would work in this case also.
