Re: WDYT about Balian for a boy????
in reply to a message by kalin
Oh, dear. In Spanish, bailan (bye-LAHN) means "they dance". It is the conjugation of the verb "bailar" (to dance) for the pronoun "ellos" (they). I really do not think this is a good name for a child. What if they made a Spanish friend or took Spanish?

The name is Balian not Bailan. The letter 'i' is in a different place.
