As Silver points out, it depends on the level of creativity. Eryn and Linzi are fine, but why would anybody make their 6-year-old sweat when spelling Ashleigh is beside me. And something else - my experience has shown that the majority of people sitting in the front of the SSA, DMV or the bank are... hm... not among the fastest thinkers known to mankind. Why confuse them and waste your time while they are searching for your daughter Micheal (pronounced like Michelle) in the database :o)
