Rejeanne could be Jeanne plus the random thing "re" before it, like Lavonne, Rashawn... Or it could be Regine misspellt. Both Jeanne (zhan) and Régine (reh-zheen) are French.

It could be a kre8tyv way to spell Regine or a combination of Re + Jeanne.
