The name Taniqua is very unique.....many people in the world are not named Taniqua. The name Shaniqua is thought of when Taniqua is said..... Now you know that there is such a name a Taniqua! :)

It is unique because it is made up... Shaelistaklyn is also unique... By the way it is listed here, so not so unique: Taniqua.

More specifically...
Taniqua is made up in such a way that it has absolutely no etymological meaning. It's just a bunch of pretty sounds that are pleasing to the ear and nothing more. The same is true of Shaelistaklyn.

Not entirely - though I'm sure you're right and the namers who perpetrated Taniqua were just playing jazz; but there's a range of mountains here in South Africa called Outeniqua! I don't know where the morphemes split, but it means something like Laden With Honey (lots of wild flowers, and therefore a good scavenging ground for honey hunters).
So if you don't mind a stretch, Taniqua could be used for one of the triplets, the others of course being Deborah and Melissa ...
