According to modern Greek pronounciation...

Danaë -> Dha-na-EE (dh being a soft 'th')
Ianthe -> ee-AN-thee
Iole -> ee-O-lee (this one I'm not certain about)
Ismene -> eez-MEE-nee
Ligeia -> lee-GEE-a
Mneme -> MNEE-mee
Nephele -> neh-PHEH-lee
Parthenope -> par-then-O-pee

...Danaë which (at least in Greek) is pronounced Dha-NA-ee :)

I always thought that Ianthe was ee-AN-thee, but I could definitely be wrong about that. I'd guess Parthenope to be par-THEH-no-pee. I seem to recall Ismene being IZ-meh-nee.

I think the differences with English are:
i = ee, not eye
a = ah only
th= t
e = eh

I believe it is "oh-pee", like in Penelope (this would be following the pattern. However, I am not an expert on Greek names, so my hypothesis is most definately subject to error.

Hmm . . .

I read it as Kizuko wanting to know the normal English pronunciations of a group of names that were of Greek origin, not the *Greek* pronunciations of the names. I could be wrong!
