Sorry I can't help you, I'm afraid. I don't know anything about any Sati's... although it does bear a similarity to the English words satisfy and satire.
What RPG? I used to be involved in a Trek: Voyager RPG, it was fun and everyone was trying to make up names right and left - it was easy cause we were playing aliens. :)
