Er, FACTS about etymology, history, meanings, popularity, usage, etc.
In other words, opinions that aren't in the realm of theories based on facts (i.e., "imo, it's seems more plausible that Katherine means 'torture', because of [insert facts]")."Popularity" includes both historical and recent popularity. Historical popularity should, I think, go on this board in most cases. But recent popularity, since it does cross over into opinion somewhat, can go on either board imo. But it's judgment call in certain cases.
