Hey does anyone know if the name "Kaci" (or any other feminine spellings of it) can be short for anything?

Agata's right - I've known a Katharine Clare who went by KC, pronounced Kaycee.
There is or was a pop group called KC and the Sunshine Band; maybe there's still a web site out there that you could look at for where they got the name from.

Really, it can be short for any name starting with Kac* Kas* and so on.
Also, the initials K.C. . . .
