Thanks - I'm sorry, I don't know what you mean by a "name of fantasy." Any particular sort of fantasy, and to what "illusion," or kind of illusion, does it refer? Or is it just the same as using a word like Imagine as a name in English?- mirfak

A name of fantasy is a word used as first name: Mariposa (butterfly) o Hada ("fairy"), e.g.I suppose that Ilusión (thrill, excitement in Spanish) refers to parents' feels about having a daughter.
