Adamanthea
I understand the first element to be adamas=untameableBut, what is the second part, or IS there even a second part, or is it jsut an elaboration on Adamas. I think the obvious options are:anthos=flower
theos=godUntameable flower seems too....modern romance novelish
untameable god would make more sense, as Adamanthea was the nymph that nursed the baby Zeus.Anyone?

you say that untameable flower is to 'modern romance' when clearly you are pulling from Ancient Greek, and why should an Ancient Greek name be effected by your sense of cliche in this specific time period? While I don't understand the name clearly myself, Adamant also means indestructible, and Nymphs where unfathomably beautiful(to suggest that 'flower' might not be far off), again, not well-enough versed in Ancient Greek to aid entirely, I hope that little helped

I meant to question if it was sort of a modern mis-derivation, to give it a fanciful meaning, as opposed to what it originally may or may not have been intended. Sorry for any confusion.
