Hi, I have been on many sites, and no where to be found is the meaning for my last name.....(Kitzinger). I have a school project that is due soon, and our name is the topic. If anybody has any information that would be helpful, please let me know!! My husband name is Michael J Kitzinger, and his father is Michael T. Kitzinger, we are from Illinois.

Kitzinger means "from Kitzing" which is a place name in Saarland (now situated in the French part of it, but it used to be German once).
