Jaro > Spring?
Greetings!I have tried to find in what context the slavic element "jaro" means "spring", if it actually means the season or if it means a source of water (which I believe wouldn't be such a long shot). However, my attempts have failed, therefore I would like to ask if any of you could tell me the real meaning of this element.
Best regards,
Rodrigo Jaroszewski

Jaroszewski is a Polish surname. It is derived either from the slavic element "jaro" (="the season spring") OR "jary" (="lively, vital").
