Branigan - Irish, 'little crow' Bran + ic/ach + an (double diminutive ending).
Easton - 'east town'
Hann - form of John (Johannes) or Henry (often Hanry in the middle ages).
For the rest, check a good surname dictionary. Except for Dresden, which is a German place name.
