How widely is this name used?
I have never heard it before and neither did my Prof.
He didn't even know how to pronounce it.
I assume that it is "Seth-uh"?

Originally I thought it was pronounced the same as Seth. I found this page discussing the name, and it has the pronunciation as Seth-thuh, along with some other interesting information:http://www2.english.uiuc.edu/finnegan/English%20251/Beloved_III.htm
