Eila
I've been told that this feminine name may be Polish and could be a variant of Eileen or Isla.I was wondering if anyone knew anymore about its meaning, background, pronounciation, and any usage of note. Thanks in advance.

Eila is not Polish. Maybe you're referring to Ela, if it is then it's pronounced like Ella and it's a pet form of Elzbieta.

I'm not referring to anything, as I stated all I have been told is that it *may* be Polish and/or could be variants of Eileen or Isla.
