Ireland, Greece or Africa? He is covering his ass, isn't he? How does he pronounce it? Looks like a mangling of Siobhan. It's not an Irish name anyway.

Sort of like a cross between Siobhan and Sophia.

Concerning covering his "assets", he's an expert.
