I've been looking for names (any gender) with the meaning "passion", but I haven't been very successful yet. I'd greatly appreciate your help :)

Not "passion", but "enthusiasm", which is pretty close: Rhys
There are also the Anglicized forms Reece and Reese of this name.

With "impulsive" a little further away from "passion": Caprice
