I can't find anything past the top 1000 for the last hundred years, but I found this site: http://www.thenamemachine.com/babynames/
which will let you track the popularity of a given name (and they seem to have a fairly extensive database of names)over the course of the most recent decade OR a hundered year cycle. It's not a lot, graphically.. but it is fairly fun to see how fast some names come back vs. other names!
