Helo, I happend to come across this. Im bulgarian even though I live in California(i moved here when i was 7) . As you can see my name is Nevena. I only know one meaning of it. The "neven" part means"marigold" (which is a yellow flower) And the "A" is there because I'm a girl. It's a weird name to have and everyone in school calls me Neveeeena.. or even worst "Nevada"
When I lived in Bulgaria at least people could pronounse it! I hope that helps! .. I also use to have friens whose names were: Ivan, Iva, Krasina, Plamen, Kiril, Iskra, Georgi, Diana, and Mariana. My brothers name is Dobrin.

Write as in Cyrillic? You need to go to View, Encoding and choose Cyrillic (Windows) to read those
Ivo - Èâî
Ivonildo/Yvonildo - Èâîíèëäî
Ivanildo - ÈâàíèëäîAs I said, I have never heard of Ivonildo or Ivanildo, and I am guessing they are newly coined versions of Ivo or Ivan.
Ivan is the Slavic counterpart of John.
Ivo is considered to be a nickname for Ivan, Ivaylo or other names that start with Iv-, or it may be derived from iva - the colloquial name for a type of willow.

Uhm...I am Bulgarian and I have never heard of this name. Are you sure of the spelling? How is it pronounced?

Ooooh, so sorryThis is an ongoing joke between me and Fergus on the other board. n/t stands for "no text," meaning that all I have to say is in the subject line, and there is no need to open the message itself. Fergus, however, likes to check the body of the message, so I left the "too curious" message as a joke for him... and anybody else who happened to open a n/t message. It was by no means meant to offend you or anybody else. I am sorry :(
