I am looking for information on the mythology or meaning on the name Didyme. I am very interested in finding the story behind this name and where it originated, if there is any mythological stories connected to it. Didyme is the female form of Didymos. If you search the name on this site, you will see a user submitted it. A quick Google search verified the "twin" meaning.This book I found on Google has it:
