does anyone know the meaning of the male name Zalmai? Also, how do you pronounce it? I think it's pronounced zaal-MY, but i'm not sure. All I know is that it is of Afghan origin.

Most babynamesites state, that the origin of Zalmai (or Zalmay) is Afghan and the meaning is "young" (or sometimes "youthful")
