Russian spelling...
"Russian spelling" might be an inappropriate expression since they use the Cyrillic alphabet. Transcription of names and words are based on sound, so Viktorya is only a possible option (yet it might be an attested form).

I don't think it is a Russan spelling...The Russian spelling of Victoria is VIKTORIYA and it is pronounced the same way the English version is; vik-tor-ee-ah. Zamantha looks like a creative form of Samantha. ~Arie~
