It's pronounced YOO-lə. I had seen this before as a nickname for Julia or Juliane (especially in Northern Germany) but here it's the little girls full first name. She has an older sister named Maya (MIE-ah).
What do you think?

Jule is often used in Germany. Personally I know 3 girls named Jule and one Juliane which is called Jule. I like it. :)

It's pretty uncommon in Munich at the moment, might rise in popularity though.
