I'm not aware of the history of Joah, or its pronunciation.
That being said, I'm not a fan of Joah, or the spelling of Damion. It looks unnecessarily odd, unless it's a family name. The double, hard N ending of the two middle names is alright, but it sticks out in my mind.
I think it goes with the other combos, though.

I think Damion and Benjamin do not play well together at all, and I prefer Joah Benjamin Paul. Joah Damion Paul would also work.
