I think Finnegan is too over-the-top and reminds me of the rhyme about Michael Finnegan!
I like Finlay the best, although some people think it's more of a girl's name - I hate it for a girl, personally. Finley is also a fine spelling. Finnian or Fintan are quite handsome too.
I don't like Hudson, it's too trendy because it fits with the whole "surnames-as-firstnames" trend.
