Re: Esther, Yvette, Gideon, Sequoia
in reply to a message by Effie
Esther is a name I like...but I wish I liked more. I have met quite a few Esthers around my age (college/university) and it fits them beautifully, I just can't latch onto this name for some reason, I prefer Hadassah. Yvette sounds like a french maid in some old movie. Gideon - I love Gideon. Gideon is also my dog's name though so slightly unusable for me but I love seeing it on people too. Sequoia - I like the idea...seems too "hippie" to use in real life though, maybe as a middle name it would work. Props to anyone that can pull it off, I don't think many people can though.
