Ooh, tough one. I love them all, but Nathaniel has to get my vote. It's definitely in my top 3 and probably my #1 boy name.

Dang that's hard, I've gone through phases of loving all of these. I'm gonna say Gabriel today, with Daniel in a close second.

Nathaniel is my favorite from your list though I prefer the spelling Nathanael. Gabriel would be a close second.

Samuel - some might find it boring and/or dated but I still think it's a good strong name. Gabriel and Daniel come in equal close second and Nathaniel is way out last - sorry I really dislike it.

I like Nathaniel a lot, especially the nickname Nate. I also like Gabriel. Daniel and Samuel seem a bit 70s/80s dated to me and way overdone, even though they're classics. I also don't really like Dan and Danny. I do like Sam.

Samuel - I like Sam, but not the -muel part at all. I would always call him Sam.
Daniel - never called Dan or Danny. Way too common, though. I think the only one that entered the top 10 and it was there for a long time.

That's difficult because I like them all, but I think I would go with Gabriel. It's very handsome.

The only one I dislike is Daniel. However, with your other children's names I wouldn't use Nathaniel because your children's names are more Spanish sounding than Nathaniel.

So, Samuel or Gabriel. My favorite are probably Gabriel, but I love the nickname Sam for Samuel.
