I like Phoebe Rose and Georgina Rose best; looking at just the first names, I prefer Phoebe, but I think Georgina Rose is a nicer combo. I want to like Judith Rose - I've recently taken a liking to a couple of other -ith names, Tanith and Ardith, and I like Jude - but I can't quite come around on Judith. It's probably because I hate the nickname Judy. Lydia Rose is nice, but not my favorite. Charlotte Rose is the only one that I find completely boring.

At the risk of saying something you've probably heard already and may, in fact, be sick of hearing, I prefer Theo as a nickname. That said, I like it a lot, and your combos are all very nice. My favorite is Theo Darcy. My least favorite is Theo Hamish (strictly because of flow! individually, Hamish is my favorite of your middle name options).
