Unfortunately I dislike all these nanes: Rowyn, Annie, Oakley.. none is my cup of tea.
If it was i.e. Annie Robyn (Robyn as feminine of Robin so a more friendly variant of Roberta) it would be better imo.
I love Rowan on a boy though.
