Czech (also Zíka): from a short form of the personal name Zikmund, Czech form of Siegmund.

I found the page too. Could it be a surname? Unbelievable. It's a girl name now. Is there a better origin or meaning for Zika?

A quick search shows that the name Zikmunda exists and is most likely a feminine form of Zikmund, so Zika could be a unisex short form
