1) Pramatha = Are the Shiva Ganas or Shiva's orderly comprised of ghosts (Bhoot) and Pretas (spirits of the dead). That is the reason why Shiva is called Pramatha-Naatha means, the lord of Pramatha-Ganas.
2) On the other hand Pramada means Santosh or contented. Pra (thoroughly) + mada (intoxicated) means thoroughly contented. It also refers to a woman who is proud of her youth and beauty.
