Moishe was my grandfather's name. It is the Yiddish form of Moshe (mo-sheh). Moishe is moy-sheh. "eh" is like in "men". :)

If you want to pronounce it the Yiddish way (I know there is more than one), it would be MOY-SHEH (SHE like in "shephard").Andy ;—)

Moe(like the first name)- she (like the feminine pronoun)... sort of. I was talking to a Jewish friend who speaks Hebrew and saying "moe-she" and he had no idea what I was talking about until I spelled it for him. Then he said it aloud, but to my ear it sounded exactly the same way I pronounced it. I have another friend that had a similiar conversation with a professor of Hebrew studies.

In Hebrew it's spelled "Moshe," and poronounced "MOE-SHAY."In Yiddish, it's spelled "Moishe" (As you spelled it above)or "Moyshe," and pronounced "MOY-shuh."
