Well you should have no trouble in the middle of the week to find a good place to stay the night. So I would see how well you sleep the night before and how you are feeling during your drive. Figure out a place ahead of time for you to go if you do decide to spend the night somewhere.
I know some people who can handle driving long hours well but then I know others who in general aren't good with driving long hours. If you are the latter then you should probably stay the night somewhere.
