This past week almost everyday we've had heavy fog and we've had almost no precipitation the last 3 weeks.
Also I think it is funny that you don't consider it Winter until it is -8 in the day and -20 at night. :P
I was going to say that it has been really cold here, unusually cold for around 3 weeks, but your weather makes us seem warm. We've been around 18 through 30 degrees each night and the days we've been somewhere between 28 - 43. That is really cold for us to be so many weeks in a row, and is fairly cold for us in general. But that is nothing compared to what you guys consider cold. I bet if you came over here you'd be wearing shorts and t-shirts outside. ;)
