I suppose unnatural would be food made solely out of man-made products. But I don't know of anything like that so I doubt there is such a thing as unnatural food.
Anyway, I'm less concerned with where my food came from/how far it traveled and how it was treated than how good it is for me. Just not really my thing. But as a result of eating all-natural and organic, a lot of the animal products I eat are from places where the animals were treated fairly. At least the box says so, I don't fact check or anything.
I mean sure I want animals to be treated fairly and I'd prefer if my food came from local or whatever stuff, but I don't go actively looking for that. On one of the TV dinners I get at work the company says the chicken was fed vegetable feed, which actually kind of disappointed me because even though chicken cannibalism is gross, it does make the chicken more flavorful and its not like they know any better.
I don't really eat all that many animal products though (milk makes me throw up and while I can eat yogurt and cheese and stuff, I have to watch how much I eat. Then I only eat meat if someone else makes it and I make most of my own food aside from the occasional family dinner and TV dinner that I get at work). So yea, just not my thing I guess.
