I think it's gross because I want to shower first thing in the morning, not prance out to class in whatever I've just been tossing around in, sweating in, etc for the last 8 hrs. I would feel so unclean if I wore my pajamas out. They've got the same stuff on them as sheets to, imo. I don't want to see anyone dragging their bed sheets along with them everywhere. I feel self conscious going out to the mailbox in pjs and/or with my bathrobe on.
