I'm not a very touchy-feely person, there are only a few people I give random hugs or whatever. If this person was one of these people then yes, I'd feel free to physically interact with him but it wouldn't be because of his sexual orientation.

I wouldn't feel uncomfortable unless it was obvious that he fancied her. I wouldn't care if the other woman was turned on or not, it's my hypothetical husband's feelings that would alarm me.

Yes, I think that many people wouldn't like their significant other to be very close with a person of their prefered gender despite that person's orientation because "you never know". I don't necessarily agree with that mentality though.
