1. I'm 167cm, which is about 5 foot 5, I think.
2. I don't think it's offensive, but maybe a bit of a strange question. You wouldn't ask someone why they do want kids, so I don't see why you'd ask why they don't. Also, it's quite a personal question, so I think it would be inappropriate to ask someone you don't know very well. It depends how you ask as well, because it could sound accusatory or like you think they're abnormal.
3. Yes, I agree. In this country, because of benefits, I think people think they're entitled to things they don't deserve. For example, I saw on telly recently a family with 10 kids, who live on benefits, and think they're entitled to a 6 bedroom house (for free!) because they have 10 kids and their kids have to share bedrooms. If I had 10 kids, I'd have to buy them a house, so why do they think they're entitled to get one for free?
(In case you didn't notice, I'm not keen on the benefits system!)
